Arifile Mosque

This ancient mosque is located in a place called Arifile, about 1 km away from Sarail upazila of Brahmanbaria district. It is a rectangular building with a 3-dome structure. It is about 70 feet in length and about 20 feet in width. The walls are about 5 feet 6 inches thick. Next to the mosque, there is an ancient big pond. This dighi is known as Arifile Dighi. According to the dighi, the mosque is also known as the Ariifile Sagor Dighi Mosque. It is known that this ancient mosque was constructed in 1662 AD.
